Raspberry Hill is a country estate at the edge of Ames, Iowa. We offer a secluded country estate on 75 acres with hiking trails, creek, and small fishing pond. We are close to everything in Ames and Iowa State University, but yet fully isolated.
Nestled on 73 wooded acres on the edge of Ames, Raspberry Hill offers the ability to get away while staying close to everything. Only 4 miles to Jack Trice Stadium and Hilton Coliseum, making this a perfect place to stay when visiting Ames for college functions, on business, or just to get away with family and friends.
In this spacious 3 level home, you will have full access to a common kitchen plus a kitchenette off the family room on the lower level, which also has a refrigerator.Enjoy fishing in our pond, walking through the woods on mowed trails, or just relaxing on the patio. Downstairs, families can enjoy the pool table, watching TV in the family room, or playing games around the card table.
We will be on site, but in-and-out. Someone will always be close by for questions about the property or the Ames area.
